WILD ROSE FARM COMMUNITY DAY

Do you love our heart to heart, nature rich, craft programming? Would you like to spend more time with the animals or in the garden? Maybe your child attends school but has a need for the warmth that the farm and more land to craft activities provides? Would you like to bring your group (for example your class or homeschool group) to the Farm? Do you simply want more Wild Rose Farm? Our Community Day might be right for you. On Community day participants from the Community, and possibly from other Programs, are invited to enjoy the Farm under the guidance of our qualified staff. You may sign up for a weekly morning or afternoon session. Groups may join our weekly regulars for a special trip to the farm. Children (7 years +) and adults encounter the richness of the farm through storytelling and song, as well as social warmth and connection, while working with their hands on the land. Like all of other programs emphasis is on our relationship to the land, each other, and practical arts and land crafts: Gardening & Cooking, Forestry & Green Woodworking , Animal Care, Haymaking & Fiber Arts.​

Morning Session 9:00 am - 1:00 pm &

Afternoon 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
